What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We don't give bids over the phone. We always come out and look at your job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We come out talk to them see what they want done walk their property and let them know what we need to do and go over the pricing.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have 15yrs at a lawn care business.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started cutting lawns when i was just 14 and been Loven it ever since then.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with all kinds to contactor to helping take care of small homes.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We had a job that had 25 years of blackberry's and it was in their yard and the city was going to fine them every week if it was not done. we took 6 truckloads of berry's out and when we were done, they said thank you so much and they cried with happiness.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When u want yard work done you want to make sure you feel comfortable with the yard care, they said they will provide.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

they should look at their whole yard and write down what jobs they want done.
